Adults: Take 1 lozenge before bed or as directed by your health care practitioner. Melatonin may cause vivid dream for some. Some also find that they may be groggy in the morning if the dosage is too high.

As I have gotten older, I have found it harder and harder to fall asleep. This melatonin was just perfect for helping fall asleep and stay asleep to feel well-rested in the morning. This also had the added benefit of helping with my tinnitus which was especially noticeable at night. So helpful!!
